COMPLICATED QUESTION HELP!!

Ladies i started spotting today. My contaception injection ended on the 5th oct this month so technically ive had no contraception for around 3 weeks. This is my 1st bleed in about a year as the injection stopped my periods. I know were supposed to ovulate around 2 weeks after our af but i took this ovulation test and its positive so am i supposed 2 have sex now or in two weeks 🙉🙉🙉🙆
