month 17 of trying & husband won't get tested

So my husband and I have been ttc for 17 months now and I've been to the doctor, which my doctor believes in the natural way (so does my husband🙄) she gave me her "pregnancy recipe" which is nothing but tracking your cycle, finding your fertile days, all that good stuff. I've hinted around about us both getting checked to my husband and he just won't have it. You would think after watching your wife cry for months after starting her period every month that the man would get checked but he still won't.. what should I do? Should I find a doctor that will put me on meds to help me out? I'm just at a stand still and idk what to do. I've never been checked for endometriosis, and yes I'm a Google finatic so I've self diagnosed myself with it. I have horrible cycles, I cramp 24/7 365 days a year. I never get a break from the period pain. Can someone please help me and steer me in the right direction as to what to do next?! 😩
