I think I'm having another mc 😰😰

Last night I noticed some light pink when i wiped but It vanished so I put in a liner and went to sleep. I had slightly cramp in my belly as well. When I woke up this morning I feel wet so I ran to the restroom and found my underwear and liner is covered in blood (tmi sorry). I'm so sad 😭 I've been bleeding all day just only when I pee now not on my pad at all. I think I'm having another mc but I don't want to face it.
