Tips on distinguishing cramping?

How can you tell if its implantation or af about to come? I had cramping on my left side, then moved to my right. It only lasted about 5 seconds and felt like I was being pinched. But now I feel bloated like af is coming. Af is due Wednesday :/ I'm 10dpo today

Implantation happens about a week before AF ...

My cramping that turned out to be implantation felt exactly the same as the cramping I would get right before AF. It's really hard to distinguish becuase it's different per person

I've had these pains for a few days now and AF is now 2-3 days late. I'm not sure what I should do. Should I wait a few more days then test if AF  didnt show?
