When is a good time to tell my job I'm expecting?

I don't want to tell them too early.. I'm thinking around 15 weeks.....

I am having this same debate. With my first I had a different boss, she figured it out based on my request to leave early. I have a new boss who I feel is not going to be as supportive. I am thinking somewhere around 15-20 weeks.

I told my boss at 5 weeks and she cried from how happy she was for me it was kinda cute

I told mine at 8 weeks because I was so sick. If I hadn't felt that sick I would have waited until week 12.

I am thinking around 15-16 weeks because that's when I want to make a public/social media announcement. I don't want to have them find out by accident since I'm friends with a lot of people I work with. I want the news to come directly from me.

Not sure, this is my 1st. I think I'll say something around week 8-10. But my boss is a negative nelly and will probably concentrate on the negatives of me being out for maternity leave
