feeling unwell!

I've only got 10 days left but the last two days I've felt so unwell with being sick n now the "other end" my stomach feels so heavy all of a sudden with sharp pains between my legs as well as heartburn from hell I can't really eat anything and only being able to sip water! Could this be a sign of things starting or am I just not well, not sure how much more I can take 😭 and to top it of my baby has broken one of my ribs!! Haha
