So my period came down on 10/8/16 - 10/13/16 & then again 10/29/16... 16 days later.... What does this mean???

Your period came 21 days later, the first day of your cycle is considered the day you get your period. 
So 21 days is not abnormal. Sometimes it comes earlier for many reasons. 
Is it a regular period or lighter ??
