Bought clary sage oil can I use this kind???? Plz answer

So I bought these at Walmart I read the ingredients and it says pure clary sage oil but also says keep off skin it's an irritant? Is this the stuff I can use? Confused ???

If you don't want to pay Young Living prices, you can order from Edens Garden or Plant Therapy. Plant Therapy has free shipping and is super fast getting shipped out, Edens Garden oils are slightly cheaper with shipping free over $50. I have both brands and prefer Plant Therapy as they sell reasonably priced rollers that are pre-diluted with coconut oil.

I wouldn't use it on your skin since it came out of the candle section I'd order the one from young living.

Amazon also has it, i purchased it for 9.99 reviews said it was comparable to young living brand?? 
I mixed 3 drops with a spoon of coconut oil and keep it in a plastic bag and rub some on my belly. I keep forgetting to do it during the day so i end up with hard Braxton Hicks through the night lol

Yeah you don't want to use it if it says for aromatherapy then it's not made to be applied topically. You'll want young living brand, their oils are pure enough to ingest. I think there is a brand sold at health food stores, like Sprouts, Trader Joe's or Whole Foods or whatever local health food store you have in your area that's ok to apply to your skin. I'd still dilute with coconut oil before apply it to your belly. And definitely don't use it if it's for aromatherapy only.
