i'm so stressed plz help

i've been diagnosed with bacterial vaginosis before and 2 days after i stopped talking medicine same symptoms came back, such as smell. I went to the doctor again 2 weeks ago and she did a pap smear to make sure it wasn't any STD and it came back negative for stds and BV. i'm almost 100% sure i have BV tho it came back "negative" . please help this smell is so embarrassing.
