Edgepark medical breast pump order?

Question

I ordered my breast pump Thursday night after my appointment and even emailed in my prescription. I got an email saying thank you for your order, but when I log into the website, it says No order history found under recent orders. 
I have Aetna HMO and confirmed with them that an electric breast pump is covered so I know it's not an issue with coverage. Has anyone ordered theirs yet and had the same issue with the website not showing an order history right away? Did you have to wait for them to confirm coverage before it shows an order history? I'm planning on calling them tomorrow to ask, but was curious if anyone else had any experience.

What brand breast pump you guys think is good. I thought of buying spectra s2 but my doctor thinks medela is best.

I had ordered mine and it askede for my insurance info and my doctors name and phone number for them to contact my insurace to see it it covered it and my doctor to get the prescription fore to be able to get it. a couple days later I got an email for me to sign it . then i got an email saying my breast pump was on its way . it was so fast and easy.

I have same insurance. I got the order confirmation. Waited about 2 days & then that week it arrived. I didn't have an issue at all. It didn't show the order information online for me either so I called with the email confirmation number and they helped me out with it. So just call them! Don't freak! I got the lanisoh pump double electric!

Before I went on edge Park I called my insurance to find out what was covered. They stated any double electric breast pump including hospital grade. Edge Park wouldn't allow me to order the Spectra pump. They called and said it wasn't covered through my insurance even though I called again to ask and it was.  So I ordered through Byram instead.

I ordered one from them, got the email that it was just about to ship, but am being induced earlier than my due date... tried to change it and my pump isn't there and the site wouldn't accept the date change. Called them and they were so rude! They told me they don't know why or how I got the email since there is NO file for me. And that the pump isn't covered even though it is (I've called my insurance already) and then said there's nothing they can do but submit my profile and find a new pump!!!! So I called my insurance back and they are trying to find another company for me to get it from. And wound up emailing with the manufacturer for a bit about how unprofessional edgepark was....

I have Aetna PPO and I ordered my breast pump from Edge Park too! My order said it went through then I got an email saying it was canceled. I called Edge Park and they said my insurance denied it because it wasn't covered. So I called Aetna and the lady said that my pump should definitely be covered. So I had her do a conference call with me to Edge Park and re-submit my order. The lady at Aetna was SO helpful. I literally got my pump in the mail via overnight delivery the next day! So I did run into an issue with them but it worked out. Hoping everything works out for you too!

I ordered but they cancelled my order without my knowledge and Saifd they can't help me

I had trouble with them too. Went to my OB appointment & told them about it. They can submit for it through there. They called me next day, confirmed my shipping adress & said it would be here one month before my due date. It was much easier
