Pinched Nerve in Low Back??

Anyone have this: it feels like a nerve is being pinched on one side of my lower back, near my tailbone/butt when I move or lift my leg a certain way. (If that makes any sense?) The pain doesn't travel down my leg though, so could it be sciatica or what? I've had it for a few weeks now 😩 I'm going to get in with my chiropractor this week and get a prenatal massage.
