Worried 😔 Miscarriage? 7w4days

I been spotting on and off since Wednesday. It was only when I wiped and this happen before and everything was fine. Yesterday, I started light bleeding and called the ob/gyn rn and she told me to go to the ER. I'm station in Camp Casey, Korea and the only ER is 2 hours away from Camp Casey in Yongsan. Once I get there I used the bathroom and a big blood clot comes out of me. It was probably about the size of my palm or smaller. At the point I was for sure I just lost my baby. I get called back and they do an ultrasound, not transvaginal and the doctor said everything looked good. He said the baby was in the right spot. He also checked my cervix it was closed. They draw my blood and did a Pap smear. I also had to get RH shot since I'm blood type negative. On the way back from the ER I passed another clot about the same size and hour later I passed tissue. I'm confused, I don't know if I had a miscarriage. Also ob/gyn clinic called me today and told me I had a follow up appt and blood draw again. She didn't say anything about my hcg levels. So now I'm worried. Also I had no pain or no cramping. I'm spotting a little today but only when I wiped. Have anyone been through something like this?
