What products can I use after birth ? you know to keep clean ?? I'm bue November 3rd . And this is my first baby and I know you bleed  a lot afterwards so I was wondering what products can I use ?

Witch hazel pads like Tucks and thick period pads. The Tucks really are amazing. It helps soothe hemorrhoids and your sore vagina after birth. Also, if you birth in a hospital they'll give you a squirt bottle. Use it with some warm water when you pee and after you pee.

Honestly, all you need are over night pads for the bleeding, ice pack and just soak your che che in warm water

I used the over night maxi pads, with witch hazel pads on them. And I would also spray down there with dermoplast, it's a pain relieving spray and it helped so much! I also used ice packs occasionally.
