is this possible?

I ovulated Wednesday, according to One Step opk. 4 days later, I just wiped and saw this light brown/pink color? Is it possible for this to be implantation/or any other sign of pregnancy?

Also want to add that my period was due about a week ago and it never showed because I'm irregular. And I have tested since then and everything is negative.
