appointment tomorrow help

So I have an appointment tomorrow and want to tell my doctor I've been getting pain in my vagina hard to explain the feeling tho. I'll be 36 weeks on Wednesday.  It almost feels like when baby is moving because they don't like the position your in well that pain you feel is the same I feel in my vagina any one else gets this feeling?
