Does your baby share a room with you?

My baby is 7 months now and sleeps through the night. I was on the verge of moving her into her own room then the American Academy of Pediatrics came out with its new recommendation of sharing a room up to the age of 1. Wondering what others do. Thanks!

My lb does share a room and he's nearly 8 months but we are moving house next week and he will be going straight into his own room (so nervous) x

Yes, but we have a one bedroom apartment so he has to share a room with us. He also doesn't sleep through the night so I wouldn't want him in another room just yet. He is in his own crib though.

No ma'am, I've had my son in his own room from almost six months. He's done well for the most part and we coslept before this.

Yes, he is in our room, just starting to sleep in full sized crib, and will probably be in our room till end of year....

Nope. My boy has his own room with the lights almost completely off. I'm so happy he has no problem sleeping alone. He's been in his own room since 4 months and is 7 months now. At our old place, we didn't have a bedroom for him so he slept in a bassinet in the living room which was just outside the bedroom.

Omg so lucky, my va y room shares but wakes frequently 2-4 times nightly. Please tell me your secret.

Yes, but only because our room is downstairs and hers is upstairs. Our older kids are 14, 12, 9, 9 and we are afraid if she wakes up screaming she will wake them before we can get up there, and they really need their sleep for school. They all have their own rooms, but you can still hear a Wynter cry from a few rooms over. She sleeps thru the night, but I think for now we will wait til Christmas Break to transition her...lol...when the kids have a two week break and can see how it goes. I need to get to it sooner rather than later since I am 18+5 with  our final addition.
