nose job / plastic surgery

I'm probably the most insecure person on the planet, and I mean that honestly. I don't like the way my face looks and I can't help but look down whenever someone tries to look me in the eye. I have wanted a nose job and slimmer cheeks since I knew what plastic surgery was. I just need some opinions on it.
