I'm going crazy! Help!

All the right conditions but after 2 tests its still negative. Had the implant taken out the 20th Oct. Having sex like crazy with hubby. I'm 4 days late- no sign of it. CM in perfect fertile conditions too (tracking everything)..... I know it's a short time frame, but physically I'm experiencing multiple pregnancy systems all at once, either I'm going crazy or the implant has left me hormonal. My hubby is convinced that we've conceived as I have given off hormonal scents during my previous pregnancies and this is no different. I've heard multiple stories of women who've had the implant and experienced phantom pregnancies but after the 4-6week mark still home tests are negative and their pregnancies are only detected by a blood test, many didn't even know they were pregnant and just ended up assuming it was bad pms in the end while going crazy thinking they were pregnant. Now I'm in the same predicament... I'm not sure what to think, and waiting is killing me, not to mention I'm physically feeling like crap. Any ladies heard of or experienced this?

(Note: I have googled forums relating to this and there isn't very many that can answer)
