TMI Rectal Bleeding :(

So for the last four days, when I poop there is blood. At first I thought it was in the poop but I think it's just when I wipe. But sometimes it's like chunks of blood. In the morning I will go, and there will be blood. Then I will poop later in the day and it will be normal. Should I be worried? It's bright red. But it seems like a lot of blood. Has any one ever had this??
