Keepsafe on husbands phone?

Has anybody experienced their husband having a keepsafe on their phone? I recently found my husband was cheating on me back in August and after that we seemed to work things out and he started leaving his phone around ( no more carrying it on him) so recently he told me he got a keepsafe on his phone to keep the naughty pictures of me in so the guys at work couldn't get into his phone and see them. But it wasn't until recently I started having the gut feeling again and he took his phone into the bathroom and closed the door and didn't poop( that's the only time he closes the door when he's in the bathroom) so today I downloaded this keepsafe so I could understand what exactly it was. It had all of these options to have a fake code and a real one so you could intentionally hide it from your so and show them the "fake" keepsake in case they got asked. And also has a face down option, where if you turn your phone face down the keepsafe automatically closes and locks itself( another sneaky thing I noticed my husband started to do that I thought was really strange) anyhow I know most of the comments im going to get is why wouldn't you leave? And leave him. But I can't help but want to know if I'm being paranoid or if this is shady behavior. I think i already know it's not right because I have the gut feeling. I'm 34 weeks pregnant and this was never an issue until August and im so confused and idk where to even start.
