Paragard IUD/Ovulation Cramps?

I got my Paragard IUD 11 days ago, on day 5 of my cycle (the very end of my period). Last night I experienced absolutely horrible cramps, and woke up becaught it felt like I was bleeding, but when I checked it was just clear discharge.

Does anyone else experience cramping during ovulation with Paragard? I'm worried to even get my first period now if the cramps were this bad :(

I've had mine for a year and have not experienced cramping while ovulating. A couple months ago I felt a weird pinch but it went away. The glow app said some women feel cramps during ovulation so it might be normal. But if it gets bad, I'd talk to the doctor that inserted it to see what's going on.
