Congested newborn
My 9 day old sounds congested in his nose. And breaths a little loud sometimes. Can I rub some vicks on his chest or no. I dont have saline drops. I do have 1 of the ball syringes. Any tips help advice. I also called the pediatrician just waiting for a call back.
