Comments from people who have never been pregnant?

I'm 7 weeks pregnant today and I can't help but get so irritated super easily by people but in particular, people who have never been pregnant thinking they know everything. I've mentioned that I'm completely exhausted lately (as this is one of the main symptoms of early pregnancy, because you're literally creating a HUMAN LIFE) and I've gotten back comments like "oh please you're not even 2 months pregnant yet." "You're not pregnant enough." Or when I had mentioned that I had a dating ultrasound (which I got done, at 6 weeks pregnant) and got the response back "oh you won't be getting an ultrasound anytime soon. You only get one after 12 weeks, that's what my friend told me." The list goes on, telling me how much labour is going to hurt, how "I got the IUD to prevent this situation"  and how they're sooooo glad they just get period cramps. Or even just being treated differently, like I'm a caged zoo animal and it's fascinating that I'm pregnant and that they "can't wait to just play with my baby and then hand it right back to me". As if I'm going to just give my child to anyone...
I'm sorry I'm just ranting but has anyone else had to deal with comments like this? They just truly bother me.
