SOS HELP PLS!!

I have this urinary infection I suppose and I took an over the counter medicine and it still hurts like hell. EACH TIME I GO TO THE BATHROOM TO PEE (which is every 6 minutes) hurts as if someone is pushing a knife into my vagina. Also the usual constant burning and fake feeling of having to go to pee is present too, over all this. PLEASE HELP ME. I TRIED EVERYTHING. Washing with tea, special soap for vagina, i took medication just now . It said that it stops the burning in 30 mins but one hour has passed and i cant stop crying out of pain.

Is that knife pain normal?? It all started yesterday after my boyfriend and I tried to have sex and we stopped because I suddenly felt my vagina burning. Now this. Help me please..
