Help! I'm so confused

This whole opk business is so confusing. I'm supposed to call my doctor if I get a positive ovulation test. This weekend I had all the symptoms of O and a close positive test. Yesterday I had more ewcm then ever before and today it's back creamy. Here are my tests. Do you think I should call and say I got a positive or continue to test and wait it out?
