Bring home my cat while I'm pregnant?

My cat has been an outdoor/indoor cat with some family for about a year. We can finally bring him home where he would be indoors only but I'm 7 weeks pregnant. I'm not sure if I should or not. I know he's been killing things at our family's house so I guess there is risk for toxoplasmosis. He lived with us when I was pregnant with our last child and I was fine.

Just have someone else change the litterbox. No one has said anything to me about not keeping my indoor/outdoor cat.

I'd have him tested just in case and bring the kitty home, just don't handle his litter. That way he can get used to the place again before the baby arrives.
