What's your go-to facial wash/cleanser to help with pregnancy induced acne?

Ever since becoming pregnant my skin is so oily and I've been getting severe acne. I wanna know what you guys use or prefer for facial cleansing that will help reduce acne? I've just been using a dollar general brand cleanser but it doesnt seem to help at all! Also, facial routines you guys do? My skin is horrific and its been bringing me down so I need to get into a good routine to help. Please comment! 😊
