Throwing up..achey, headache, back pain. 39 weeks. No fever. Is this early labor? I'm a FTM :)

It could be! But...you also could just be coming down with something. Keep hydrated and lay on your left side. If the aches seem to come in waves then it could be labor starting. Try to rest and relax as much as possible, ifits truly labor starting, you'll need all the energy you can get.
