That's a Braxton hicks contraction. They wake me up sometimes and are no fun. I do notice a difference if I am well hydrated.

Since 37weeks I've been getting stronger (more noticable) BH Contractions and they don't hurt, but just make if uncomfortable to be sitting up at times.

I know it's braxton hicks I just can't even sleep in bed because my stomach becomes so hard from the contractions :(

Mine actually gets hard when I'm up and moving around. Laying down relaxes it.
