What is your period pain remedy

Was woken up my such severe period pains that I took a shower at 3am and directed the hot water to my vagina to ease the pain... It worked a bit but I am still dying out here with a dislocated feeling in my waist and thigh cramps... how do you ease your pain?

If i had my period pain..i take a bottle of hot water n press it on my lower stomach..it really helps..

I switched to a menstrual cup and no longer have period cramps. 😉

Lying down, have a hot water bottle on my stomach and drinking plenty of water does the trick. I also take a tablet for intense period pain prescribed by my doctor - I forgot the name but it anyone is keen I can let you know. Hope that helps!!

I usually take a hot shower, 30-40 minutes long, change into some clean clothes and get into bed. Sleep on your side. I've found that to be quite helpful. This might be a little odd, but I like to get off my phone for a day, that way, I don't get easily irritated by the little stuff you see online, I feel it really helps, stay away from people in general. 😂

eating ginger, drinking ginger tea and heat pads, laying in bed/ tilted up a little. trying to sleep as much as possible.
