Too early to buy baby stuff?

Have yall thought about buying any baby stuff yet, or do you think it's still too early!? I'm soo excited, i want to buy stuff already! But im too scared bc its still way too early to know what we're having. So any thoughts on what to buy, or just wait it out?

My DH wanted to go and start a registry the minute we found out haha- he's a planner. And Babies R Us by us was doing their big trade in, so our friends let us trade in a bunch of their old baby gear that was totally unusable (broken wheels, straps etc) and babies r Us gives you a 25% off coupon for each item!
   
So of course we bought a stroller and a crib and a couple other things. We wanted to spread out the expense of buying baby stuff over my pregnancy.
   
Although we did leave a bunch for the registry, it feels good to be able to have a bunch of the necessities on there and add or subtract as we go along.

We did some bigger purchases right away with my first pregnancy (twins) baby cribs, swings, bedding, double stroller car seat combo, and a bassinet.I'm so glad we did all our big items neutral now. Think greens, yellows, grays, and light Brown. Pregnant with baby #4 and can reuse everything that I held onto even if we have a boy. :) have fun, and good luck! :)

I have a 8 month old son so I am waiting to see what the sex of this baby is, if it's a boy I am set with everything I need minus a swing (my big boy broke his lol), double stroller and an extra crib. My fingers are crossed for another boy. If it's a girl I will start shopping the day after Christmas.

I havent bought anything. I'm 9w4d and I still want to clear "the misscairage zone" I'm going to wait till I find out the sex
