he's pissing me off

My BF has always done shit to me like adding random girls he doesn't know on social media. Even a few times now I've caught him doing it. Now today he got drunk and he's freaking out that I accidentally sent him a snap to another guy who simply asked if I still worked at this restaurant because he just got a job there and I said no I quit a year ago. And it sent to him somehow. Now he's trying to accuse me of stupid shit saying I'm being like and attention whore and I'm talking to someone I don't even know(I do know this guy he doesn't look at his social Media to see that i quit nor did I even post anything about me quitting). I've done nothing to him to make me question me and he saying "you wonder why I don't trust you" if anyone I shouldn't trust him. I'm so mad right now and so hurt. It's harder to leave than someone telling me to. I don't know what to do.
