forgotten pill help

I've been on birth control for three years and never missed a pill. I just finished my last sugar pill yesterday and the next day,today, I was supposed to go to cvs and get my new pack and I forgot so now I will miss my regular pill for today. What do I do? Will I get pregnant? When can I have sex again?
