Positive Fetal Fibronectin Test

Sorry for the long post!

I wonder if anyone could shine some light on this for me. I am 25 weeks pregnant, I was admitted to hospital a couple days ago with low fetal movements and cramping so they checked my cervix and did a fetal fibronectin test. My cervix is 0.5cm dilated (cervix still long) and the test came back positive for threatened preterm labour. I have had steriods for babys lungs but they have not put me on bedrest and have sent me home. They said I have a 50/50 chance of giving birth within 2 weeks. If anyone else has had this happen, what was the outcome for you? Did you have your baby early?
