3 missed pills but back on track - yay or nay on sex?

Quick question for you all. On Thursday last I started getting sick.. Chills, feeling like I was boiling, migraine, fever, vomiting, diaherra, etc. I was unable to take my birth control that evening, Friday and Saturday because everytime I did, I was vomiting. Later diagnosed with a stomach virus with strep. I took the three missed days on Sunday morning and my regular Sunday pill on Sunday evening. I haven't had sex in 20 days. I just finished my ovulation window. Now I started bleeding Friday and still bleeding as of typing this. My placebo week isn't supposed to start until next week. OK, so maybe not so quick, but my question is, should I abstain from sex till I start my next pack, or should I be OK? I despise using condoms, but not in a place financially where my husband and I are quite ready for a baby. So wait? Or am I OK?
