I'm wondering if you should take prenatal snow or wait untill you get pregnant?

Unless cost is the issue, I suggest taking prenatal vitamins all the time, ttc or not. They do a great job supporting your body without the need of extra supplementation. Folic acid and iron are VERY important in fetal health, so take those at a bare minimum while ttc

Im not currently trying but my dr said to take folic acid! Idk if that will help at all but if you do get pregnant you want to have that in your system! I mean you do already but when pregnant you need more and it cant hurt you because what your body doesnt need you pee out.

My ob suggested 4-6 months before trying. I was on it way before we got pregnant. About 7 months while we we were trying and 8 months when we got pregnant. Honestly I also think it's why my prenatal never made me sick too. I always take it at night as well. Natures made with DHA.
