Preggers? Need reassuring

I'm on cycle day 64, and my hubby and I had unprotected sex right before my green days on what was supposed to be my first period (so over a month & a half ago) I have taken several Clear Blue tests, past 14dpo, all of which are BFN. 
Its been about 3 months without BC, could that be why AF is so late? Usually when I switch or go off of BC it stays normal.  
Should I go get a blood test even though my piss tests say BFN? How rare is that?

I've read if you go 3 months or longer without a period, you should see your Dr. It can take months for your body to adjust after stopping the pill. 
My cycle took about 9 months to adjust, and my longest cycle was 75 days.

Call you gyn and see what they advise. It could be because of the birth control. I've had a few times I've switched or come off of it and I've had a late period the next time or two.
