8 weeks and 4days!! Symptoms? No energy!! and cravings?

I am normally active and would exercise a few times a week. I enjoyed healthy eating with the occasional splurge. Since I have been pregnant, I am super tired. I feel nausea in the middle of night if I wake up and "hungover" in morning ..without any of the fun the night before..lol. I have no energy to exercise. I went from running to a slow jog/walk. And all I want is a big of cereal 😕. I am also on Progesterone for first Tri. Any tips on getting my energy back? I enjoy smoothies so I was looking for a supplement I could add to boost my energy. Baby safe of course.

This is my 2nd and I did not feel this way with my first and I had Progesterone with her too (which was a girl) we hoping for boy ;) . I have already gained 5lbs since I started to get pregnant..trying to stay on track. Thanks!
