contractions?

So i think ive been feeling braxton hicks contractions for some days now. It goes away. I know the 10 min 30 sec thing. Mine wont go on for longer than like an hour. I just want to know is there anything else to look out for for preterm labor. Im ftm so im playing most of it out by ear. Im 24 weeks w modi twins. Ive read of other moms who think they have bh contractions and it ended up they were really in preterm labor. Ive been getting wet lately and i think its pee leaking from all the pressure i dont think its amniotic fluid but again i wouldnt know its my forst time. I see my doctor tommorow.
