Extreme pelvic pain

I've been experiencing a lot of pelvic pain since about 4 months preggo, so I was used to it day in and day out but recently it's gotten worse. Any ladies in their 3rd trimester have any suggestions or recommendations on what they have done for relief? Im
Now 31 weeks and it's getting worse and worse as my girls are getting bigger... I'm not sleeping because of the pelvic pain and sciatica and no pillow in the world helps...: any advice or ideas?
