separation anxiety

Any other mommas out there with a child with severe separation anxiety? My son as been in daycare since I went back to work at 13 weeks and he's 14 months now. Our first daycare closed due to family health issues, 2nd day care we tried was a NIGHTMARE, 3rd daycare my son started to adjust to but had a horrible day and was asked not to come back, now our new daycare my son cries all day and sits in front of the door waiting for my husband or I to pick him up. I've brought toys from home, not sure what else to try? Any suggestions?
