can HSG cause early Ovulation?

So I had an HSG yesterday and this morning I noted EWCM, so I used an opk.... it looks + .... today is CD 9 and I typically ovulate on CD 6-17.. what do you guys think? Could the HSG interfere with ovulation... I scared that I may miss my chance this month 😩

I had my HSG test on CD7 and started getting high fertility on my clearblue advance OPK on CD9. This changed my ovulation day in glow but I still haven't gotten my peak fertility from my OPK yet. I have a normal 28 day cycle with ovulation occurring between CD 14-16. I've never had high fertility so early on. I think the HSG had an effect on if for sure.
