pp bleeding?

I had my baby vaginally a week ago. My bleeding is still bright red.. Is this something I need to be concerned about?

Nope. Not unless you get big clots. If you bleed a lot one day when you haven't been the days before it is a sign you might be overdoing it.

I'm 3 weeks PP and had bright red blood yesterday. Prior to that I had no need to wear pads and was down to liners.

I'll be 4 weeks pp on Friday and still have random bright red spotting. It can take up to 6 weeks to stop bleeding. I was told not to worry unless I saw blood clots larger than a quarter.
