Bfp... cervical polyp cramping!!!

So i got a BFP yay... my baby is 10 months old today. My question is. Has anyone ever had a cervical polyp and cramped because of it. Its painful to walk, or do anything its uncomfortable. My pcp recommends to wait till after birth to remove it as it can cause a mc. Any ideas on how to aliviate the cramping. Thanks in advance sorry tmi
