DHEA & CoQ10?

Anyone use either and had success? I'm 36 and this is my 3 cycle ttc, read some empirical articles that sounded promising about DHEA & egg health as well as lower rates of MC. AF came 2 days early & trying to get my game plan together for next cycle.

If you did/do use either what dosage do you take of each?

Update: did start taking the ubiquinol (form of coq10) around the time of my original post and I am 25 weeks pregnant as of today

Had a previous MMC. Started on a regimen on Ubiquinol (CoQ10), PQQ and DHEA. 37 years old and pregnant again. Hoping this has made all the difference!

My fert specialist put both of us on coenzyme q10

I took CoQ10 while ttc both times. 400mg everyday. I became pregnant quickly both times and have a 13 month old and am currently 6 weeks. I had a miscarriage before my first child and was not taking any supplements because we weren't trying at the time.

Following. I'm on CoQ10, but not DHEA. I've had 2 MMC and 2 CP. I'm 37 and hoping for a healthy baby soon. Would be a great Christmas present! 😉
