can I take something for a cold?

I'm so miserable today. I can't breathe at all. :( I know as for meds it's usually just tylenol but can I take cold and flu Tylenol? Or something else? I'm desperate!

You can use saline nose sprays. It's just salt water. You squirt it up your nose and it will help you breathe.
