I got this as a hand me down gift for my baby and I can't figure out what it is. Lol.

A body insert. Can use in swing, bouncer, stroller to help baby sit properly (not slouch) do not use in the carseat though, only use what comes with it.

It's an infant support insert. I have a similar one for my stroller but the brand is Summer Infant.
