Anyone else get cramps and diarrhea everytime they go for a walk? Starting to worry me. I took kids trick or treating cramped so bad had to go home and then got diarrhea but I noticed it happens everytime I try to walk. Anyone else? Is this normal? How do you excersize if everytime you do anything u cramp and get diarrhea?
