O'ing early?

I think I might O early! Of course this would happen after I swore off opks and charting. All I know is I have tons of watery/slippery CM today, haven't DTD in 2 days, and shouldn't come into my fertile window for another 5 days! 3 days ago had persistent pain on my left ovary, BDed just to because. Any thoughts? Think I'm headed for an early O? We have been ttc for so long, it hurts to even hear a baby cry at this point.
