Anyone been pregnant or know of anyone who has been 39 weeks pregnant for furst time and not dilated or engaged but the baby has been head down and had no signs of labour like no loss of mucus plug or anything but then just gone into labour all of a sudden around 39 weeks with contractions?

I'm 39 weeks and haven't had any signs at all :(
